CORPORATE RELATIONSHIPS · EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT · COMMUNITY INVESTMENT
A simple invitation for employees.
A shared purpose for your organization.
Bring JUST 2! to the people who make your business possible. Encourage meaningful time with family and friends, then connect that spirit of care with a focused community commitment through VillageGIVE.

A PRACTICAL WAY TO PUT VALUES INTO ACTION
Start with a defined team, a clear invitation, and a community priority. Shape the relationship to fit your organization’s size, resources, and goals.
Invite employees to make time for a partner, parent, child, friend, or mentor. The activity can be simple, free, and personal.
Align company support with early learning, arts, youth mentorship, or health and wellness.
Define the contribution, responsibilities, timeline, recognition, and reporting before the initiative begins.
AN ILLUSTRATIVE PILOT YOU CAN ADAPT
A focused pilot gives your organization a manageable place to begin. The final timing, materials, funding, and responsibilities are agreed together.
Choose a team, a community priority, and an approach that fits your existing employee or giving program.
Invite employees to choose someone important, plan a shared experience, and use the two relationship questions.
Consider a company contribution, an optional employee match, or agreed professional and volunteer support.
Use agreed participation counts, processed gifts, confirmed matches, and activity updates to understand the work.
Employees choose whether to participate. They do not need to share private relationship details or post publicly. Participation does not require a donation.
CHOOSE THE ROLE THAT FITS
Make a direct contribution toward VillageGIVE’s mission or an agreed community priority.
Pair a shared invitation with an optional matching opportunity, subject to your employer’s program rules.
Connect professional expertise or volunteer time with a defined need and an appropriate role.
Explore an in-kind contribution, a coordinated initiative, or an approved business promotion.
HELP SHAPE THIS SEASON’S COMMUNITY COMMITMENT
We are working toward $100,000 for VillageGIVE by January 2, 2027. Corporate and philanthropic relationships are a core part of that effort.
Your organization can help connect people with opportunities while giving employees a personal way to participate.

COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP IN PRACTICE
VillageGIVE led Coliseum 60 at Youth UpRising on September 18, 2026, convening more than 100 people through film, conversation, and community recognition. Youth Beat provided video production.
The work brought together community organizations, youth media, civic voices, and local residents around a shared purpose. That experience informs our approach to building the next relationship.

MAKE THE NEXT STEP A CONVERSATION
Let’s use an initial conversation to identify your priorities, a practical participation model, and the information your organization needs to consider a partnership.
Your people and community priorities.
A possible contribution or pilot.
Responsibilities and the next decision.
