The website and initiative are operated by VillageGIVE – Bottles for Life, Inc. (“VillageGIVE,” “Coliseum 60,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
1. Event Information
Coliseum 60 is planned for Friday, September 18, 2026, from 4:00–8:00 p.m. at Youth UpRising in Oakland, California. Program times, speakers, activities, locations within the venue and access requirements are preliminary and may change. We may update, postpone, relocate, limit or cancel any portion of the event when reasonably necessary.
2. Registration and Admission
Submitting a registration helps us plan attendance and communicate event updates. Registration does not guarantee entry, seating, participation in every activity, or access to limited-capacity, credentialed or invitation-only program areas. We may require separate confirmation, identification or credentials for certain portions of the event. Registrants must provide accurate information and promptly update us if their plans change.
3. Partnership and Participation Inquiries
Submitting a partnership, sponsorship, volunteer, media, performance, storytelling, in-kind or other participation inquiry begins a conversation only. It does not create a contract, financial commitment, sponsorship entitlement, speaking role, performance placement, vendor space, media credential or other guaranteed opportunity. Any approved arrangement may require separate written terms.
4. Communications and Consent
By submitting a form, you authorize us to contact you regarding your registration or inquiry using the information provided. Optional marketing communications are governed by the consent choices presented on the applicable form. Consent to marketing is not required to register or submit an inquiry. Text-message opt-out instructions are described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Community Conduct and Safety
Visitors and participants must act respectfully, follow venue and event instructions, avoid disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, unlawful or unsafe conduct, and respect the rights and property of others. We and the venue may deny or revoke entry or participation when reasonably necessary to protect guests, staff, partners, property or event operations.
6. Photography, Video and Media
The event may be photographed, recorded or livestreamed for news, documentation, educational, promotional or community storytelling purposes. Additional notices may be posted at the venue. If you have a concern about appearing in event media, contact the event team before attending or speak with designated staff at check-in. Separate releases may be requested for interviews, featured stories or performances.
7. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, graphics, design and Coliseum 60 materials are owned by or used with permission of VillageGIVE. You may share public event information for personal, community and news purposes, but you may not misrepresent affiliation, reproduce protected materials for commercial use, remove notices or use the Coliseum 60 identity in a way that implies endorsement without written permission. Third-party names, trademarks and materials belong to their respective owners.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The website uses third-party services, including embedded HighLevel or LeadConnector forms, and may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or practices. Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimers
The website and event information are provided on an “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely information, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free.
