Signed office agreement

The agreement provides a 109-square-foot office at $150 per month, with an October 16, 2026 commencement date and month-to-month tenancy. Rent is due by the fifth of each month. The agreement provides 90 days’ written termination notice and 60 days’ notice for rent changes.

October 7 written clarification

  • October rent will be prorated for the October 16 start date.
  • VillageGIVE’s name and operating hours may appear outside the office door and in the building directory.
  • Permitted activities include nonprofit education, community health worker education and navigation, resource coordination, participant meetings, and scheduled small-group activities in approved shared rooms.
  • If the office becomes unusable, VillageGIVE should notify OPC in writing promptly and allow reasonable repair time. Rent can be abated during the loss of use.
  • OPC reported an expected October 2028 construction start; the timeline may change.

December 2027 sanctuary reservations

Sunday, December 12 and Sunday, December 19, 2027 are provisionally held, with setup beginning the preceding Saturday. OPC’s email anticipates flexible setup access and does not expect additional rental agreements, deposits or insurance based on information then available. These are provisional arrangements, not finally contracted event terms.
